Online Property Tax Payments

Summer Bills can be paid July 1st through September 14th or the next business day if the 14th falls on a weekend
After September 14th summer tax bills will be charged 1% interest and 1% each month
Tax bills paid online will be charged a 3% convenience fee or a minimum of $1.50
Winter bills can be paid December 1, 2024, through February 28, 2025
Postmarks are not accepted
Dropbox payments are considered late after 8:00am the next business day after the due date

Online Water & Sewer Payments

Water & Sewer bills paid online will be charged a 3% convenience fee or a minimum of $1.50
- Water & Sewer bills are due on the 15th of each month, if the 15th falls on a weekend or a holiday, there is a grace day
Residential properties are billed quarterly; commercial properties are billed monthly
Bills can be paid in advance if you will be out of town
Postmarks are not accepted
