You Need a Zoning Permit for Sheds

Davison Township Board approved the recommendation that requires all residents to get a Zoning Permit for sheds up-to 200 sq. ft. with the Davison Township Building Department for a fee of $30.00. This takes affect in 30-days starting June 8, 2022. Thanks for your cooperation with this matter.

Property Inspection

The STC recommends to inspect at least 20% of properties in the municipality annually (STC Bulletin No. 2 of 2014). Therefore, the Davison Township Assessor may visit your property to verify assessing information. This will not have an impact on your property taxes. This information will ensure Property Record Card accuracy, which is a public document that can be used by homeowners, realtors, mortgage originators, insurance companies, public safety departments, appraisers, etc.
